I am a wildly creative, highly motivated and hard working individual.  A second year student at Kenyon College, I am pursuing a Liberal Arts degree in International Studies, which focuses primarily on Political Science and Economics.  I am also a member of Kenyon’s NCAA Division three Women’s Cross-Country and Track teams.  

As an accomplished equestrian, the years of training and spending time with horses has enriched my life.  It has taught me patience, cooperation, courage, and discipline.  Riding has empowered me with the confidence to effectively react to whatever comes my way.

The Kenyon experience thus far has enlightened me to be very interested in publishing, marketing and business management.  I am seeking an internship with an organization that is willing to help me grow and learn about your company and industry.

The challenge I see today is:  To gain meaningful experience, differentiate myself to potential employers and to build on an effective portfolio and resume. I am looking for an unpaid or paid internship at your organization for the summer of 2010.

Limited only by my age, I have been fortunate enough to gain early experience in several areas:  business marketing, organization of products and executive assistance. My work ethic is strong as is my ability to communicate with others.  I have been told that I am intuitive, and enjoy a team leadership role.  I realize that listening to others and talking through things, helps get to solutions.  I know that I can learn from you, and completely value the time and knowledge I wil gain with such an opportunity to work with you.
